3. Familiar with the entire process of PCB production, with over 3 years of relevant work experience in the large-scale PCB industry. Engineering and process work experience is preferred;
4. Priority will be given to professionals with expertise in PCB material characteristics, process flow, and design features;
5. Responsibilities: Responsible for client technical support, including customer communication, internal promotion and follow-up of customer requirements, report writing, and product information tracking;
6. Communicate various client requirements information and proactively track processing progress;
7. Regularly engage in technical exchanges with clients, communicate and understand their design directions and needs;
8. Timely handling of customer PCB related technical consulting services
9. Establish a good relationship with the customer’s technical counterpart window.
